Thanksgiving is quickly approaching. Do the holidays make you cringe, in regards to food? I hear from a lot of people that they find it hard to stay on track during the holidays. You are with family and friends, at parties, get-togethers and not sure what is safe to eat. It is a common anxiety amongst those eating a different way than the masses. I say, bring your own food, or host the even! I love this time of year and the food that we CAN eat during the holidays! Let’s be honest, Keto food is delicious. I have put together a few dishes that are sure to be crowd pleasers and make you feel much more comfortable in your dinner choices.
I spent some time with my family yesterday putting together a practice Thanksgiving dinner. I wanted to test drive some new recipes and share them with this community. I don’t think that you’ll be disappointed. Whether you decide to have Thanksgiving at your house or need to bring something to contribute to a communion feast, I am sure that any one of these items will fit the ticket. The broccoli casserole was the standout recipe for Megan and me. The kids, obviously, loved the frosted sugar cookies. We got a unanimous thumbs up from the Bigs and the Littles!
Turkey – I just cooked a pre-bagged Jenny-O turkey breast….easy.

There is nothing on this menu that says deprivation! Let me know if there is something that is a traditional dish for your family that you are struggling with. Maybe we can come up with an alternative. Enjoy the holidays and be thankful for all the joys in this world.
Happy Thanksgiving, all!
